At Truffle Queen, they are focused on all things truffle. Truffle for cocktails you say?

Old Fashioned

■ Large ice cube

■ Oils squeezed from one orange peel

■ 1⁄2 tsp black truffle honey

■ 2 oz whiskey (Noble Oak or Westland are great Seattle distilleries)

■ Dash of bitters

At Truffle Queen, you can try Black Truffle Honey for an old fashioned instead of sugar or simple syrup! It plays well with earthy and woody notes of whiskey and bourbon.

Market Spice sells whole cinnamon sticks and nutmeg, along with a huge variety of natural flavor oils!

Simply The Best offers a wide variety of garnishes that will spruce up any cocktail!

My personal favorite is crystalized ginger or their dried cherries!

Chai Tea Cocktail

Chai Tea has natural bittering agents so any chai teas from indi chocolate will have those plus cacao nibs, another bittering agent.

■ Pour 1 cup of high proof whiskey or bourbon into a mason jar, add 1⁄4 cup packed with indi chocolate chai tea. Leave in a cool dark place for 6-8 weeks, shaking once a day. A longer wait time will mean stronger bitter flavor.

Indi Chocolate has a bunch of different options to make mixology more exciting!

○ Infusion Sets

○ Tea Cocktails

○ Bitters
